The Linden Senior Residences
This project consists of the development of a five-story, 130-unit affordable housing independent senior living community located within a town center setting in Loudoun County, Virginia. The building includes residential amenity spaces such as business and work from home areas, fitness and wellness rooms, arts and crafts flex space, and additional office and community support areas. The scope also included the design and construction of an off-site sewer replacement to support the development. APM was engaged early in the design phase to support procurement, budget development, and overall program and construction management services.
