The Sheridan School
Renovation and Addition
The project consisted of the renovation of existing school space and the construction of a new addition, modernizing the facility while expanding program areas to support the school’s evolving needs. The work included upgrades to classrooms and common areas, installation of new mechanical systems including two DOAS units, perimeter security improvements, and ADA accessibility upgrades including the addition of an elevator, all completed within an occupied campus environment requiring careful coordination to minimize disruption to daily operations.
APM provided full Owner’s Representative services from pre-construction through project closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, construction administration, pre-occupancy, and final turnover. APM worked closely with the Owner, design team, and contractor to maintain alignment on project goals, manage cost and schedule, and support the successful delivery of the renovated and expanded facility.
