Tenant Interiors, including those in occupied conditions.
All of the services grouping outlined in this document are
routinely applied to interiors projects of various sizes and
complexities.
We will work with your Brokerage team to develop valuable
conditions in the lease and work letter for executing the
work and provide you with accurate budget projections during
the space procurement process so your evaluations of each
space consideration is complete and the true cost is
identified.
Advanced Project Management also provides Tenant
Representation Services when the Landlord is charged with
the delivery of the build out of the tenant space.
We will assist your Broker and represent your
interest during the lease and work letter negotiations and
then apply our skills during space planning and construction
document development and during the construction and
turnover process.
Advanced Project Management believes that there can
be an effective collaboration between the Landlord and the
Tenant in order to provide an effective and fair delivery of
tenant space, but that the Tenant needs strong
representation to assure that the process is truly balanced.
