Sustainable Design and Management Practices and LEED Certification

APM is pleased to announce that 100% of its
project management staff are LEED Accredited Professionals!

Read the press release here.

Advanced Project Management's management approach includes sustainable design and management practices as part of our standard services.  While all projects do not call for U.S. Green Building Council LEED Certification, all projects can make use of sustainable design and management practices at little or no additional cost.

At APM, each project is assigned a LEED Accredited Professional from our staff who is charged with monitoring the implementation of an environmentally responsible approach for the design, development, and delivery of the project.  We foster no and low cost sustainable approaches such as low impact and recycled content material selections, building reuse and adaptive use strategies, site impact minimizations with tree and green area preservation, cost effective water and energy conservation systems, maximization of regional materials purchases, and effective waste and recycling programs.

For our clients who wish to pursue LEED Certification, we offer a complete program built around the principles of sustainable design as well as creative implementation of LEED guidelines.  While maximizing points for your LEED rating is one objective, securing return on investment and making a difference to our environment are equally as important in the structure of our program.  Our services in this area include:
