Project Commissioning and Close Out Services

Advanced Project Management has long provided a detailed Commissioning Program for all of our projects.  This program is an integral part of the document development process and the quality control process during construction.  Giving forethought to the client's operational needs and abilities before the project is delivered and a high degree of quality control for mechanical and electrical systems ensures a smoother delivery and a trouble free occupancy.

The Commissioning of each project is overseen from beginning to end by one of APM's Managers who brings focus to this task, while your PM/CM oversees the development and construction process.  Their charge is to ensure that the systems are developed consistent with your desires, operate properly before occupancy, and then to stand with you as you begin to operate the building in order to ensure the occupants' satisfaction and comfort. Successful implementation of a commissioning process often increases energy efficiency by 5% to 10%.

APM also has the ability to add a Professional Commissioning Manager to our team so we can offer the highest degree of expertise in systems commissioning and trouble shooting.  This cost effective service is ideal for complex systems and projects that are developed on the fast track.  Working hand in hand with our Manager, this team virtually ensures a trouble free occupancy.
