Advanced Project Management, Inc., the Strategic Program Managers for the Institutional, Educational, and Non Profits communities, is pleased to announce the designation of Accredited Green Roof Professionals has been earned by Principal, Michael S. Catlett and Senior Associate, Stephen C. Karcha.

This accreditation adds to APMs sustainable program management expertise. Accredited Green Roof Professionals have demonstrated that they have the skill and knowledge to manage the Green Roof development approach; to assist and educate the Owner and design team in what system is best for the intended purpose, set design parameters, and maintenance requirements.

The cost projections and budget development services APM provides are essential to better determine what design fees should be invested. In addition, APM will oversee the green roof and green wall installation to ensure quality control measures are taken. As part of our program services we provide cost vs. benefit analyses, life cycle cost, energy savings projections, and oversee the LEED certification program. All of APM's Project Managers are LEED Accredited Professionals and have experience with green roofs and systems.
